Referral Terms & Condition

  1. Eligibility
    You must be 18 years or older to join the waitlist, open an account, or receive any Referral Boost rewards. You must also be a legal U.S. resident with a valid U.S. mobile number.

    The waitlist opens on November 20, 2025, and will remain open until a date to be determined by Tovo. Tovo may close, extend, or modify the waitlist period at its sole discretion.

    Residents of the State of Washington are not eligible to participate in or receive any benefits from the Referral Boost program.
    Only users who join while the waitlist is open are eligible to receive Referral Boost rewards.
  2. How to Participate
    After joining the waitlist, you will receive your personal referral link. Share this link with friends. When a friend verifies their number and joins the Tovo waitlist, both of you receive a +0.1% APY boost.

    Friends who joined the waitlist before receiving your referral link are not eligible for the boost.

    Furthermore, by clicking "Share my link", you represent that you have consent to send a text message inviting your recipient(s) to join Tovo's waitlist. Do not send referral text messages to anyone without first obtaining their consent to receive a referral message from Tovo.
  3. Earning and Applying Referral Boosts
    Each successful referral adds +0.1% APY for both you and your friend, up to a maximum total of 100% APY. The boosted rate applies only to balances up to $25,000; any balance above this amount earns the base APY.

    Each boost remains active for six (6) months from the date it is applied. Once you reach the maximum cap, your APY will not increase further, but friends you refer can still earn their own +0.1% boost.
  4. Verification Requirements
    You must verify your U.S. mobile number to qualify for any Referral Boost rewards.

    Invalid, fake, or unverifiable numbers do not qualify, and any associated boosts may be canceled.

    You must also meet all eligibility requirements, including being at least 18 years old and a legal U.S. resident. If Tovo determines that you were ineligible or provided false information, any earned Referral Boosts may be revoked.

    Tovo reserves the right to withhold or remove boosts if fraudulent, duplicate, or abusive activity is detected.
  5. Program Duration and Changes
    The Referral Boost Program may change, pause, or end at any time based on market conditions, regulations, or company policy.

    Any updates to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on tovo.global/referral-terms-and-conditions and become effective immediately upon posting.
  6. General Disclosures
    Referral Boosts are promotional and not guaranteed to continue indefinitely. No purchase or deposit is required to join the waitlist or earn Referral Boost rewards.

    Referral Boosts may take up to 24 hours to appear after verification is complete. If a referred friend cancels or fails to verify their number, the boost will not be applied.

    If the base APY changes, both the base rate and all active Referral Boosts will adjust automatically.

    Tovo reserves the right to interpret, modify, or enforce these Terms and Conditions in accordance with applicable law.
